Taught by Chef Sarah Roy, and introducing Nutritionist Gillian Lall. 

This hands-on class includes instruction on eating healthy, how to choose healthy ingredients, and completing the recipes for a 3-course meal. The class will feast on their creations afterwards. Recipes along with nutritional information will be provided to take home.

You don't want to miss this class! Whether you're tyring to lose weight, cut sugar and carbs, or just find better ways to prepare healthy meals, this is the class for you. This is your beginning to a healthier lifestyle.

Every Wednesday, starting Oct 24, curry lunches will be available for individual sale at the Walla Walla Foundry break room. This is geared towards catering to the Foundry employees, but if you are visiting the grounds between 11am and 12:30pm, feel free to drop in, say hi, and get some lunch!

Thank you to the Foundry for having me! I enjoyed serving you every week. I see there is definitely a curry craving going on there! I have appreciated your business and I will be back in October 2013.


Sip 'n Bite Night, Walla Faces: Sundays & Wednesdays, Summer-Fall 2012:

Every Sunday and Wednesday you can buy a 2-oz pour of Walla Faces wine paired with a Sipid Bite for $5. These will be accompanied by live music. Jazz on Sundays 3-6pm, and various kinds of music on Wednesdays 6-9pm.  New menu of Bites every Wednesday, so if you miss out on Wednesday, you have a second chance to check out the Bite pairings again on Sunday for the encore menu.
